Timeline of Our Search Efforts
2021-2024
STAND begins its search for a new location. This process takes years due to our self-imposed guidelines to avoid proximity to schools, daycares, and other conflicting businesses—combined with the challenge of finding a landlord willing to rent to us.After being unable to secure a lease, STAND switches its search from leasing to owning and begins looking at properties for sale.
In 2024 STAND is informed by our landlord that our lease will not be renewed, as another tenant in the building will be taking over our space.
